Our vouchers can be gifted and used by anyone the purchaser chooses. Simply forward the email PDF, print it out or get the voucher sent out!
If you would like your vouchers posted to you, please check the 'Deliver as a gift' box before checking out.
Voucher Policy
Vouchers bought directly from us are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed after those 12 months.
Activities can be booked after the expiry date of the voucher as long as the voucher is redeemed by its expiry date.
Vouchers are not refundable and have no cash value.
If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a card payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given however vouchers can be used across multiple transactions and do not need to be used all at once.
